Bill Quinlan
Owner/Managing Member
Bill Quinlan is a founder of Talega Technology where he oversees daily business activities and is responsible for managing the vision and strategy of the company. Prior to establishing Talega, Bill was Vice President of Sales Operations at Vigilant Solutions/VaaS. Bill managed the day-to-day operations of the business prior to and after the company was acquired by Motorola Solutions in January 2019 for $445M. Before Vigilant, Bill held various sales leadership roles at Cassidian Communications (now Motorola Solutions), SBC (now AT&T) and Internet Security Systems (now IBM). Bill has 30 years of sales, sales leadership and operations experience.
Scott Pearson
Owner/Director of Government Relations
Scott Pearson is a founder of Talega Technology. He leads all sales efforts with federal, state and local law enforcement. Prior to Talega, Scott established a highly successful federal sales program for Vigilant Solutions (now Motorola Solutions). Before Vigilant, Scott held sales and sales leadership roles at various technology companies with $200M+ enterprise software sales to federal agencies and $l00M+ hardware sales to agencies. Scott graduated from Virginia Military Institute (VMI) and was commissioned an Officer of U.S. Marines in the infantry. He served 20 years, as both a Regular Officer and a Reserve Officer.
